They will be walking over 250km, camping each night, cooking their own food, and documenting the journey on TikTok &amp; Instagram, releasing the full journey on YouTube at the end of May. They’re doing this to raise awareness and funds for children living on the streets of Bangladesh.Children without shelter, safety, education or protection. More than 3.4 million children in Bangladesh are living on the streets, facing hunger, abuse, and exploitation, something that no child should ever have to experience. It was something they couldn’t forget. <ul><li>Children sleeping outside </li><li>Children begging for food, using inhalants to stop feeling hungry. </li><li>Children with no one to protect them </li><li>Children who had never had the chance to live a normal childhood. </li></ul> It made me realise how lucky I am, how we have safety, family, education and a chance at a future. Many children are being exploited mentally, physically and sexually, and this is their everyday life. This started as a random 2am idea Rayhan pitched to Dawud, and now something that could impact so many children, with your help! <img src="https://amanahfy-prod.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/admin-image-1773593189578.jpeg"><h1>What your donation supports? </h1>Your donation will go towards Global Relief Trust’s long-term mission to build a safe haven for street children in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The project aims to provide: ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safe shelter and care ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Education and Qur’an learning ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;On-site Masjid, sports centre and community facilities●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Long-term support so children can grow in safety It doesn’t stop there; staff and children will take ownership of livelihood projects, and all revenues generated will go back into this project. Communal services such as the sports centres will be accessible to the community at a small charge, which will go towards maintenance. This is a chance to help build something that can protect children for generations.
