Whilst we are blessed to have fresh, clean water on tap, it is difficult to picture the plight of almost one third of the planet who struggle to access even one drop of one of the most basic needs for survival.<ul><li>Over 446,000 children die every year in impoverished countries as a result of diarrhea from drinking unsafe water.</li><li>Trachoma is the world’s leading cause of preventable blindness resulting from poor hygiene and sanitation - approximately 125 million people live in trachoma endemic areas and over 1.9 million people are irreversibly blind as a result of this disease.</li></ul>At Global Relief Trust we understand that, as well as being vital for survival and sanitation, safe and easy access to water is intrinsically linked to improved economic growth and significant poverty reduction.Therefore, we have been responsible for repairing and constructing water systems for communities that need it the most.This is a truly worthy project that will benefit countless people for generations to come.&nbsp;With your support, we can ensure that people do not die from thirst or water related illness.Get involved today and contribute towards a rewarding sadaqah jariyah for yourself, or on behalf of a loved one.

Sadaqah Jaariyyah Water Well & Wudu Area - Bangladesh

In loving memory of our dear Muhammad Abdul Salam, we are fundraising for a deep water well in Bangladesh.&nbsp; His time was appointed by Allah before us all. إِنَّ للهِ ما أَخَذ، وَلَهُ ما أَعْطى، وَكُلُّ شَيءٍ عِنْدَهُ بِأَجَلٍ مُسَمَّى.فَلْتَصْبِر وَلْتَحْتَسِب&nbsp; Surely, Allah takes what is His, and what He gives is His, and to all things He has appointed a time.&nbsp; In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.‎ إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعون&nbsp; Innah lillahi wa inna ilahi Rajioon!“Surely we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return" 'َO Allah, forgive your servant and elevate his station among those who are guided. Send him along the path of those who came before, and forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. Enlarge for him, his grave and shed light upon him in it. O Allah enter him in to the highest of jannah without hisāb. And accept this sadaqah jāriyah as a means of expiation and purifying him elevating his status. O Allah forgive us all for our shortcomings and grant us sabrun jameel in whatever difficulty we may be facing, magnifying our rewards and take us on a day in which You are pleased with us. آمين

Sadaqah Jaariyyah - Tasneemah Basar - Community Water Well & Wudu Area

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ&nbsp; My dear beloved little sister Tasneemah Basar returned to the mercy of Allah swt on the 19th June 2023 at a tender age of 21.&nbsp; She is greatly missed by all her family and friends. We would like to continue doing sadaqa jaariah for her by building a deep Water Well that is built with a Wudu Area on her behalf in Pakistan.&nbsp; This water well is very unique in the sense that it is positioned in the heart of the community for ease of access for the locality, near a Masjid.&nbsp; For people to perform Wudu as well as for many other uses such as; Bathing, cleaning, cooking, For animals, agriculture, etc.&nbsp; How these wells work is that they are attached to large tanks that replenishes the water automatically from underground, producing pure and clean water for people to utilise by simply turning the tap.&nbsp; Please kindly donate and also share.&nbsp; Jazakamullaahukhayran&nbsp; May Allah swt forgive Tasneemah's sins and enter her into Jannatul-firdaus.
